The bathroom had a persistent odor that was unpleasant. The towels provided felt old and worn, clearly needing replacement. I also faced issues with limited breakfast choices, as they didn't have essentials like bacon or sausage, which was quite disappointing.

I had a wonderful two-night stay at Cafe De Rome. The staff were exceptionally kind, always attentive to my safety, which was reassuring given the current political situation in Senegal. The location was perfect, with restaurants, banks, and shops within walking distance.

Lovely location near all the important spots and super friendly airport shuttle drivers! Felt safe with attentive staff. Clean room, only a fridge that sounds like a lawnmower!

The wifi was about as reliable as my sense of direction—good luck with that! And those mosquitoes in the lift? They should start charging rent!

It was just an optimal selection for a quick stopover in Dakar with great value. The shower pressure was surprisingly strong and made for a refreshing experience. Make sure to check the wifi in your room upon arrival.

I really appreciated the huge room with comfy space to relax, and the breakfast was pretty tasty with lots of options. It was nice to kick back and watch a movie in the TV lounge after a long day. The casino offered some fun entertainment. The bathroom could use a little extra attention, but it didn’t ruin my experience 😊.
